Our core life-skills training
Care leavers often face independence without a practical framework for everyday life. We deliver structured training built around one connected system to help young people take charge of their futures.
Money and budgeting
Hands-on coaching covering personal finances, essential budgeting, avoiding debt, and managing utilities to build lasting financial independence.
Health, home and well-being
Developing sustainable habits for nutrition, independent cooking, home maintenance, and emotional self-care using therapeutic trauma-informed principles.
Time and admin mastery
Practical strategies for tackling paperwork, appointments, tenancy obligations, and daily scheduling so essential tasks never compete for attention.
Equipping care leavers for independent life
Moving into independent living should not mean facing adulthood alone. We partner with local authorities, social workers, and housing providers across the United Kingdom to give care leavers actionable tools and ongoing confidence.
Trauma-informed preparation
Our life-skills delivery is grounded in therapeutic understanding and the PACE framework (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy). We recognise that learning practical skills requires emotional security, mutual respect, and tailored pacing.
Four practical sessions, one complete system
Rather than overwhelming young adults with isolated advice, our focused four-part framework connects time, finances, well-being, and administration into a seamless routine they can maintain throughout adulthood.
